The data owner declares that the data provided is true and accurate and its insertion duly authorized, being solely responsible for the content thereof.
10.2 Newsletter subscription form
By completing this form, the user gives his / her consent and authorizes the collection and processing of his / her personal data, namely the e-mail and telephone address, for the purpose of availability and distribution of the Simm newsletter.
This consent form is in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 et seq. Of the new General Data Protection Regulation – EU Regulation 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, constituting a manifestation of will, free , specific, informed and explicit, whereby the data subject accepts, by declaration, that personal data relating to him / her are treated in a manner that is legally admissible. The data owner declares that the data provided is true and accurate and its insertion duly authorized, being solely responsible for the content thereof. The holder of the data may request the forgetting provided for in 1.
The personal data provided will be processed by the Simm as the entity responsible for collecting, storing, storing and processing, being the same used for the purpose of distribution of the company’s newsletter.
10.3 Application form for existing vacancies and / or spontaneous applications
By completing this form, the user gives his / her consent and authorizes the collection and processing of his / her personal data, for the purpose of applying for existing vacancies and / or spontaneous candidatures.

The data owner declares that the data provided is true and accurate and its insertion duly authorized, being solely responsible for the content thereof.
The personal data provided will be processed by the Simm as the entity responsible for collecting, storing, conserving and processing, being the same used for the purpose of responding to recruitment and / or bursary applicants.
The data submitted will be stored for a period of 5 years according to article 32 of the TC, during this period, the data holder may be contacted for another job opportunity within the same area to which he applied.
